If you wish we can try and contact your insurer and sometimes this can help in getting them to take notice if you are having a problem. We don't guarantee anything and often we don't get a response but sometimes it has a positive effect. Tick the box if you think it might help.

Please note that you need to be a member for us to do this and you will need to agree that we can forward your policy number to them. We won’t deal with any response they send us as they should be contacting you directly and we can’t become a go between or mediator in any way. The best place for that is to make a formal complaint and if you are not happy with the insurers response you can then take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.
