Do we screen reviews?

We have processes in place and a team to screen reviews to ensure that they are family-friendly, posted for the right company and comply with our general review guidelines.

We do not fact-check reviews as it would be very difficult or impossible for us confirm every detail. We think that the greater the number of reviews the easier it is to see trends and figure out if an insurer is worth looking at.
