I took out a claim on my home insurance with the Co-op, from start to finish the company was very reliable, I was informed along the way and kept up to date with the progress, I never had any issues while making the claim and it was easy to do online. I would highly recommend the Co-op home insurance.

I needed to call them to find what is going on, they was just slow to do what they need to do. Asked me to chase cctv footage however private person cant obtain it, they were slow on requesting footage themself untill cctv footage were no longer available. Claim took almost a year to be sorted out.
