Lost my phone one morning. Called my network to block the sim then i called protectyourbubble straight after. A few questions asked and my claim was accepted while on the call. A replacement device was sent the same day with DPD tracking number. Was effortless from start to finish. Thanks

Claim process was fine, as good as I guess it gets with any insurance company. No complaints and resolved in good time.

Terrible service
I’d been paying monthly direct debit for over two Years when my phone broke it took over 3 months to get it fixed call handlers were very difficult to deal with. Terrible service
