Absolutely useless
Apparently the whole "fair insurance" is a sham and once you try to file a valid claim they will play all sorts of games and invent absurd loopholes to try to get out of covering your claim, hoping you will just give up. Don't fall for it, get a reputable insurer to cover your contents.

Got an e mail to say Insurance being withdrawn
Got an E mail on 6/4/23 saying cancelling insurance at the end of the month as they are pulling out of the insurance market
Such a shame not honouring their contract with us and sending an e mail to notify. Very poor service and let down !

Absolute Scam
Rejected home insurance claim worth £500 due to a CCJ I did not inform them of even though I did not know about the CCJ. Said my insurance had been invalid the whole time I had been with them but refuse to reimburse my monthly payments.
