Poor communication and long process

In November 2020 I filed a claim for accidental damage to contents. In December of 2020 I was told verbally it would not be accepted. As of January 2020, I still have no written confirmation of the same. So far it's taken two months and I have been given no clear answer as to the basis for this decision. GetSafe themselves have been very responsive, but they forward any claims related queries to an outsourced provided who take forever to get back to you. If their product is insurance for Millenials, both the policy and the claims process need to be quick - and that seems to be far from the case.
