The complete frustration trying to find out if / hoe the claim was progressing, due to this insurance company using a third party company to process claims. For at least two weeks I could not get through on the only number available, and I got no replies to emails. I resorted to emailing a director of the company to complain. Eventually I managed to get through on the phone, and was told there had been a problem with the phone system. Eventually I got the money, but not before they calculated an amount using the wrong currency, requiring my intervention and a second payment.

Holiday insurance with any activity that involved water excluded, even swimming, in the micro print somewhere on the rear pages !! Will do anything they can to bounce you around their departments and avoid settling claims - avoid!!
