Insurance Claim Review Reward Campaign

To participate in the Insurance Claim Review Reward Campaign, you must submit a genuine review via https://www.claimscore.co.uk/review-intro/ .

You must make sure you add your valid and genuine email address and your insurance policy number (for which you are writing a review) before submitting your review.

Only reviews about a unique claim will be considered. You cannot write a review or rate a claim you have previously reviewed and rated on ClaimScore

The first 100 genuine reviews will receive a £5 Amazon voucher upon publication of their review. If we receive over 100 genuine reviews, the first 100 will be based on the date and time of the review publication but all genuine reviews will be published. An Amazon e-voucher will be emailed to successful reviewers within 14 days of your review being published, to the email address you have used to submit your review.

General Terms

By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion.

Other than explicitly stated in these Terms only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified and any prize or voucher forfeited. Additional reviews will be permitted if they are genuine and the entrant uses the same email address. In any event an eligible entrant will receive only one voucher.

The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
