They arranged to collect my damaged car quickly which was then written off. They paid under the value for my car after 3 weeks even though I had only bought it 6 months previously and had the dealers receipt. The accident was a 5 car pile up. I had stopped so it wasn’t my fault but was pushed into the car in front but they have now quoted me over £4000 to insure a similar car which is 10 times more than I paid before. Seems very unfair when the accident wasn’t my fault making it unaffordable and impossible for me to continue driving.
