When I did need to speak to the team they were very friendly and informative however I felt the insurance company could have issued updates for example once a month to keep you in the loop whilst the claim was ongoing just so you know they haven’t forgot about you
My partner and I were rear ended. Our car was not moving since we were waiting to park our car in a residential street in Knightsbridge, London. There were no witnesses when the accident occurred but luckily it was a minor bump. The taxi driver (a private company) that hit us was aggressive and demanded money. After ca 15 min a fellow taxi driver came saying he was there and saw it. Basically laughing at us. It took axa over 13 months to settle the claim as well as deciding that we were at fault. The third party said that we reverse into him. We felt let down by our insurer and they didn’t perform proper diligence on the so called witness and the story the third party out up. Probably not worthy investing for them. We decided to move on with a different insurer.
