Although it took a while to get my claim settled in full I would still use again. All questions answered when I called can't really say anything negative

they had no intention of paying out, even though they asked me tons of questions, i had to fill in numerous forms, i had to contact lots of companies hotels , people etc and get written statements of proof, then after all of that they said your claim is invalid , because you did not contact the greek police, why didn't they tell me that before i went to all of that trouble and expense. i even told them that i did not contact the police, but they still let me pointlessly go ahead with the claim.
